When you want to get lost in nature, Nira Campground will get you there.  Located along Manzana Creek, this is a gorgeous spot for hiking, swimming, mountain biking, riding horses, fishing or simply sitting back to contemplate the beauty of it all. Feeling more ambitious? Nira Campground is a gateway for backpacking and hunting expeditions into the San Rafael Wilderness. Or, you could simply grab your binoculars and watch for birds all day long, as Stellar jays, king-fishers, warblers and many others flock to this area of the Los Padres National Forest. For day trips, Los Olives, Santa Ynez, Solvang, and Buelton are within an hour’s drive.
