UPDATE 2/15/17: Limekiln is CLOSED due to the current road conditions and upcoming weather patterns. These facilities are inaccessible from the north, south, and east to the general public. We will update and post those updates here.


Limekiln State Park features breathtaking views of the Big Sur Coast, the beauty of the redwoods, the rugged coast and the cultural history of limekilns. Amazing Day Use with hikes to waterfalls and the ancient limekilns. The park has 29 campsites and are available for reservations up to 48 hours in advance at www.reserveamerica.com or by calling 800-444-7275.

Book Reservations

When choosing a site, please be aware that each site can only accommodate 1 or 2 vehiclesThere is no additional parking within Limekiln State Park.  Extra Vehicles must park outside of the facility.

Each campsite has a fire ring and picnic table.

Pay Showers, Running Water, Firewood for sale.

 

Location-Directions
The park is 56 miles south of Carmel, off Highway One; two miles south of Lucia.

Seasons/Climate/Recommended Clothing
The weather can be changeable. Layered clothing is advised.

Day Use $10
